Aufgaben

Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, and on-site assistance
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and support various business applications, including ERP systems
Install, replace, and configure PCs, perform data migrations, and assist with larger hardware rollout projects
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations

Anforderungen

Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or End User Support
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
German and/or Turkish language skills are considered a strong advantage
Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to support users in a dynamic environment
