Junior Accountant Key Tasks: Take ownership of bank accounting, including booking of bank statements, bank reconciliations and investigation of outstanding items Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliations, ensuring balances are aligned across Group entities Support Accounts Receivable management, including weekly customer payment reminders, follow-up of overdue balances and maintenance of aging reports Support and provide backup for the Accounts Payable function Actively contribute to monthly and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and supporting documentation Support the preparation of information and documentation required for external audits Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and automation of Finance processes

02Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliations, ensuring balances are aligned across Group entities

03Support Accounts Receivable management, including weekly customer payment reminders, follow-up of overdue balances and maintenance of aging reports

06Support the preparation of information and documentation required for external audits

07Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and automation of Finance processes

Anforderungen

↳Degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

↳2–3 years of experience in accounting

↳Good understanding of accounting principles and basic knowledge of local accounting standards

↳Experience working with an ERP system; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus

↳Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data and reconciliations

↳Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and investigate accounting discrepancies

↳Structured, accurate and reliable way of working

↳Hands-on attitude, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Finance colleagues across different entities

↳Professional working proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
