Aufgaben Ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations for each fund transaction in the short time available / Supporting preparation of regulatory filings ab processing regulatory monitoring tasks / Responsible for coordinating internal and external parties before, during and after the settlement of fund transactions, as well as maintaining ongoing communication to ensure transparency / Responsible for checking the completeness of transaction documents and for completing missing papers or information / Review KYC documents prior to each fund transaction, and provide these documents during transactions if ad hoc queries arise / Assisting the marketing material review process / Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory developments / Act as the point of contact for all enquiries relating to the settlement of fund transactions and associated documents / Collaboration in the optimization of processes and work systems in the department.
