Du gewährleistest die vollständige und korrekte Erfassung sowie Verarbeitung aller miet- und leasingrelevanten Daten. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Verträge, Anpassungen und Zahlungsströme systemseitig sauber abgebildet sind (insb. in RE-FX) und trägst wesentlich zur Einhaltung der Rechnungslegung nach OR und IFRS16 bei. Zudem stellst Du sicher, dass monatlich die Mietverpflichtungen eingehalten werden. Aufgaben Erfassung, Pflege und laufende Aktualisierung von Miet- und Leasingverträgen im System (RE-FX) Prüfung von Vertragsänderungen sowie deren korrekte Abbildung in den relevanten Systemen Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und qualitativ hochwertigen Datenerfassung als Grundlage für Reporting und Abschlüsse Verbuchung und Kontrolle von Mietaufwänden sowie Überwachung der termingerechten Mietzinszahlungen Unterstützung bei der Abbildung und Bewertung von Leasingverhältnissen gemäss IFRS16 Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (OR und IFRS16) im Bereich Miet- und Leasingverhältnisse Abstimmung von Vertragsdaten mit dem Finanzsystem sowie Sicherstellung der Konsistenz zwischen Daten und Buchungen Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Datenerfassung und Vertragsmanagement Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Accounting, Controlling, Real Estate Management) Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Unterlagen und Nachweise

Aufgaben

Ensure complete and correct recording and processing of all rental and leasing data.
Ensure contracts, adjustments, and payment flows are accurately represented in the system (especially in RE-FX).
Contribute significantly to compliance with accounting according to OR and IFRS16.
Ensure monthly rental obligations are met.
Record, maintain, and continuously update rental and leasing contracts in the system (RE-FX).
Review contract changes and ensure their correct representation in relevant systems.
Ensure structured and high-quality data entry as a basis for reporting and closing.
Post and control rental expenses and monitor timely rental payments.
Support the representation and valuation of leasing relationships according to IFRS16.
Participate in monthly and annual financial statements (OR and IFRS16) in the area of rental and leasing relationships.
Reconcile contract data with the financial system and ensure consistency between data and bookings.
Contribute to the further development and optimization of processes in data entry and contract management.
Closely collaborate with internal interfaces (e.g., Accounting, Controlling, Real Estate Management).
Support audits and prepare relevant documents and evidence.

Anforderungen

At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting.
In-depth accounting knowledge through relevant further training (e.g., accounting clerk).
Proficient in SAP FI and MS Office (especially Excel).
Independent, structured, and fast solution-oriented working style.
Solid language skills in German, French, and English.
