Tasks Are you experienced in: Leading on complex finance transactions of significant size, including syndicated loans, private debt, bonds and ECA-backed financing structures? Drafting and negotiating finance documentation governed by UK and/or US law, such as loan agreements, term sheets, guarantees and security packages? Supporting M&A, corporate restructurings and governance matters across an international group structure? Developing and implementing group-wide legal policies and frameworks across multiple jurisdictions? Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with end-customers across multiple jurisdictions?
