Aufgaben Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory and legal atters Establishing companies for clients Preparing, submitting and guiding through licensing applications Guiding through M&A transactions of our clients Perform legal work such as legal opinion, legal assessments, and FINMA non-action letter Overtake director mandates for our clients Coordinating with supervisory authorities Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success Support in company development

Aufgaben

Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory and legal matters
Establishing companies for clients
Preparing, submitting and guiding through licensing applications
Guiding through M&A transactions of our clients
Perform legal work such as legal opinion, legal assessments, and FINMA non-action letter
Overtake director mandates for our clients
Coordinating with supervisory authorities
Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success
Support in company development

Anforderungen

University degree or other higher education in law; at least one Swiss education is a must
Relevant professional experience (5+ years)
Strong understanding of legal software & AI (LegalTech)
Strong understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology
Strong knowledge of financial market regulation, ideally in Switzerland
Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: Legal education in Switzerland
Consulting experience or experience in a law firm
Entrepreneurial mindset and sales & marketing competences
