Your responsibilities include: • You'll be the backbone of our Legal team, offering essential advice in employment law (including questions related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), as well as litigation and investigation. You'll have the opportunity to tackle complex global and local issues, transforming challenges into solutions. • You'll get your hands on practical tasks, managing individual legal cases, but also major projects (e.g. related to reorganizations, divestments, implementation of new policies and processes, artificial intelligence, etc.), drafting and reviewing agreements, internal regulations, and templates. This is your chance to shift from theory to practical application, making an immediate impact. • Your role will involve in-depth legal research and the creation of legal memoranda, helping us to break down complex ideas into digestible insights.
