Beschreibung

In dieser zentralen Rolle übernimmst du die Einsatzplanung, Patientenkoordination und Ressourcenplanung unserer Therapeut und Ärzt an den Klinikstandorten. Du sorgst für eine optimale Termin- und Einsatzplanung, koordinierst kurzfristige Anpassungen und stellst gemeinsam mit internen sowie externen Ansprechpartner einen reibungslosen operativen Ablauf sicher.

Aufgaben

You are the first point of contact for questions regarding patient coordination, appointment management, and deployment planning.
You ensure a smooth process in patient and therapy coordination and continuously optimize existing processes.
You are responsible for the deployment and resource planning of our therapists at the clinic locations and ensure optimal team utilization.
You coordinate daily collaboration between patients, doctors, therapists, and clinic staff and are the central hub for inpatient operations.
You work closely with doctors, clinic partners, therapists, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.

Anforderungen

Commercial basic training, MPA EFZ or comparable training (trainees with pronounced organizational talent are also welcome).
First experience in patient coordination, appointment planning, deployment planning, patient administration, or hospital coordination is an advantage.
Enjoyment in organizing and coordinating appointments and resources.
Fluent in German, English skills at level B2.
Structured, independent, and networked working style.
High solution and service orientation as well as pronounced communication skills.
Good IT user skills.
High flexibility.
