Beschreibung

In unserer Physio- und Ergotherapie übernimmst du Verantwortung für einen wichtigen Teil unserer akutstationären Therapien und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit unserem erfahrenen Leitungsteam führst du Mitarbeitende, förderst die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Patientinnen und Patienten bestmöglich betreut werden. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Aufgaben

You take co-responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the acute therapy area.
You treat inpatient and outpatient patients of all age groups.
You lead employees and accompany them in their professional and personal development.
You work closely with nursing staff, doctors, and other professional groups.
You engage in projects and support the implementation of strategic goals.
You promote interprofessional collaboration and further develop existing processes together with the management team.

Anforderungen

You have completed training as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist with SRK recognition.
You are enthusiastic about 'active' therapy and want to develop professionally and personally.
Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital; first leadership experience is an advantage.
You work in a structured and independent manner and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
You communicate clearly and enjoy working interprofessionally.
You bring in new ideas and approach changes openly.
You take responsibility and appreciate teamwork.
