Beschreibung

Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Leitung der psychologischen Mitarbeitenden im ambulanten, tagesklinischen und stationären Bereich des GPZ Sie entwickeln das Therapieangebot kontinuierlich konzeptionell und qualitativ weiter und stellst gemeinsam mit dem GPZ-Team sowie der trialen Leitung des GPZ einheitliche fachliche Standards sicher Sie führen und fördern Fach- und Assistenzpsychologinnen und -psychologen und engagieren sich aktiv in der Nachwuchs- und Talententwicklung Sie übernehmen ausgewählte psychologisch-psychotherapeutische Fallführungen und beraten bei komplexen psychotherapeutischen Fragestellungen Sie übernehmen Aufgaben innerhalb des Klinisch-Psychologischen Dienstes und beteiligen sich bei Bedarf aktiv an Forschungsprojekten.

Aufgaben

You take over the professional and personnel management of the psychological staff in the outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient areas of the GPZ
You continuously develop the therapy offerings conceptually and qualitatively and ensure uniform professional standards together with the GPZ team and the trial management of the GPZ
You lead and promote specialist and assistant psychologists and actively engage in the development of young talent
You take on selected psychological-psychotherapeutic case management and advise on complex psychotherapeutic issues
You take on tasks within the Clinical Psychology Service and actively participate in research projects as needed

Anforderungen

You have a university degree in Clinical Psychology including Psychopathology and completed psychotherapy training.
A PhD is an advantage.
You have held the professional title for at least three to five years and bring several years of clinical experience in inpatient, partial inpatient, and outpatient settings and/or in the social psychiatric field.
You have leadership experience and have further developed your leadership skills through internal and/or external leadership training or management education.
You act confidently and solution-oriented even in demanding and dynamic situations.
You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and have a passion for complex issues.
