Payroll Specialist (6-Month Contract) Geneva Area | Start: September 2026 | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations while supporting process improvement and transformation initiatives in an international environment.

Aufgaben

Manage end-to-end payroll activities and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
Support process optimization, system enhancements, and change initiatives.
Develop and maintain clear payroll procedures and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational excellence.

Anforderungen

Minimum 5 years' payroll experience, ideally across public and private sector environments.
Strong experience balancing BAU payroll operations with project and process improvement work.
Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting change management initiatives with HR teams and end users.
Structured, proactive problem-solver with a positive, adaptable mindset.
Comfortable using AI tools and Microsoft Copilot.
Fluent English; French is an asset.
