What You’ll Do: Initiate and plan team and cross-functional activities by defining the project's vision and outlining objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, materials, and budgetary limits. Assemble the cross-functional team, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative environment. Oversee execution, ensuring daily tasks are completed and processes implemented correctly. Coordinate the preparation of the quarterly alliance governance cycle and key meetings. Partner closely with Alliance Management and external partners to ensure compliant documentation. Organize annual commercialization planning and budgeting processes across international markets. Track financial execution of key projects and monitor performance trends. Take ownership of selected product-related activities and contribute to content development. Product management expertise to drive selected activities in alignment with cross-functional team Utilize modern digital tools to optimize workload and implement AI solutions with coordination.
