Objekt und Projektaufnahmen sowie Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen und Offerten
Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
Nachkalkulation und Nachbetreuung von Projekten
Beratung von Kunden, Architekten und Bauherren in technischen Belangen
Erstellen von Projektplänen auf CAD
Personelle und fachliche Leitung inkl. Arbeitsvorbereitung und Personaleinteilung
Koordination von externen Handwerkern
Aktive Kundenakquise und Netzwerkarbeit im Raum Winterthur
