Beschreibung

Zweck Durchführung mikrobiologischer Qualitätskontrollen sowie Unterstützung bei methodischen und dokumentarischen Tätigkeiten im GMP-regulierten Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Durchführung bakterielle Endotoxinbestimmung bei Rohstoffen, Primärpackmitteln und Fertigprodukten Durchführung des Sterilitätstests gemäss USP/Ph.Eur Durchführung des Bioburdentests von In Prozess Proben Identifizierung von Keimen (phäno- und genotypisch) Kontrolle von Rohdaten und Datenerfassung (eLIMS System) Unterstützung und Durchführung von mikrobiologischen Methodenqualifizierungen Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen (SOP)

Aufgaben

Conduct microbiological quality controls
Support methodological and documentary activities in a GMP-regulated environment
Perform bacterial endotoxin determination on raw materials, primary packaging, and finished products
Conduct sterility tests according to USP/Ph.Eur
Perform bioburden tests on in-process samples
Identify microorganisms (phenotypically and genotypically)
Control raw data and data entry (eLIMS system)
Support and conduct microbiological method qualifications
Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures (SOP)

Anforderungen

Completed vocational training as a microbiology laboratory technician, BTA, MTA or comparable training
Experience in quality control microbiology and/or sterile production (aseptic area) is an advantage
Knowledge of EU, FDA cGMP and cGLP regulations is an advantage
Very good German skills and good English skills
