Main responsibilities: Partner with Head of RDMA S&O to define and implement RDMA strategy Lead the definition and execution of the RDMA digital and AI roadmap Shape and continuously improve RDMA operating model, governance, and decision processes Translate portfolio data into clear, decision‑ready insights for RDMA LT, ExCom, and Portfolio Review Committees Act as RDMA strategy lead in BD scouting and due diligence, ensuring consistency, comparability, and strategic fit Drive preparation of high‑impact materials for senior governance forums

The position owns the development, execution, and continuous evolution of RDMA strategy and portfolio insights, acting as a thought partner to senior RDMA leadership. The position plays a central role in shaping portfolio‑level decisions, advancing digital and AI‑enabled capabilities, and strengthening RDMA governance and decision‑making.
