Was dich erwartet In dieser serviceorientierten Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Logistiksysteme bei Kund:innen reibungslos laufen. Du koordinierst den gesamten operativen Support, stellst die Systemverfügbarkeit sicher und bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft, Lieferanten und internen Teams.

Aufgaben

Daily exchange with customers and suppliers - by phone and in writing
Care and monitoring of the installed Bossard logistics systems using modern software tools
Ensuring the constant availability of all managed items
Control of supplier invoices and creation of monthly invoices for customers
Analysis of system and usage data including the creation of reports for continuous optimization
Triggering and coordinating maintenance and repair orders for the technical maintenance team
Support of project management and active participation in project management

Anforderungen

Completed retail or commercial training; technical understanding is a plus
First experience in purchasing, sales or logistics is a plus
Very good MS 365 knowledge and high IT affinity
Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
Enjoyment of process optimization, structured working methods and service-oriented thinking
