Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Verschiedene Teilbereiche und Projekte in der Logistik
Aufnahme und Erfassung von Kunden- und Technikerbestellungen in D/F/I
Eruieren und Technische Auskunft der Ersatzteile über unser gesamtes Produktesortiment
Bestellungen per Tel., Fax und Email im ERP System erfassen
Liefertermine überwachen
Erstellung von Gutschriften und Verrechnungen inkl. Bestandes Überwachung / - Korrekturen
Bearbeitung und Koordination der Nachrüstung unseres Technikerfahrzeugen
Zollpapiere für Internationale Sendungen erstellen
Mithilfe bei Inventuren für das gesamte Lager

Aufgaben

Various areas and projects in logistics
Recording and capturing customer and technician orders in D/F/I
Inquire and provide technical information about spare parts across our entire product range
Enter orders by phone, fax, and email in the ERP system
Monitor delivery dates
Create credit notes and invoices including inventory monitoring/corrections
Process and coordinate the retrofitting of our technician vehicles
Create customs documents for international shipments
Assist with inventory for the entire warehouse

Anforderungen

Completed KV training
Experience in the technical field
Good manners, customer-oriented thinking and acting
Independent, precise, team-oriented, and reliable personality
Experience in the gastronomy sector is an advantage
Fluent oral and written language skills in German and French at B2 level
ERP knowledge (Comarch) is an advantage
