Sales Consultant Orthopädie / Schulterprothetik– Region Deutschschweiz Stellenübersicht: Für den Bereich Schulterprothetik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine beratungsstarke und kommunikative Persönlichkeit als Sales Consultant. Streben Sie den Schritt in ein dynamisches, wirtschaftliches Umfeld an? Einer motivierten, engagierten Person bieten wir eine vielseitige Aufgabe in einem dynamischen, modernen Unternehmen. Als ausgewiesene Fachperson und starke Sales Persönlichkeit sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Orthopäden, OP-Leitungen und das OP-Personal in Spitälern und Kliniken. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Koordination, Organisation, der korrekten Anwendung der hochwertigen und innovativen Produkte, erkennen frühzeitig Business-Möglichkeiten und setzen die entsprechenden Verkaufsprojekte in dem Ihnen zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet um.

Aufgaben

Comprehensive sales and product consulting in the orthopedic / shoulder prosthesis clinical area
Systematic planning and organization of own field activities
Building long-term customer relationships with doctors, OR staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
Strengthening existing product lines, introducing product innovations
Organizing and conducting training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and healthcare professionals
Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets regarding market penetration and revenue
Developing and implementing sales and action plans in the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with the sales manager
Representing the business area at congresses

Anforderungen

At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector
University degree (Uni / FH) is an advantage
Sales-oriented personality with high execution quality and convincing, professional appearance
Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
High determination, self-motivation, and willingness to perform
Strong communication and persuasion skills
High flexibility and willingness to travel in the region
Creativity, openness to change, and solution-oriented working style
Independent, integral, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial thinking personality
Fluent in German and English
Solid MS Office skills
