Sales Consultant Spine Orthopaedics – Switzerland, Region Deutschschweiz Ihre Aufgaben Systematische Planung und Organisation der eigenen Aussendiensttätigkeit Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu Ärzten, OP-Personal, Einkäufern und anderen Entscheidungsträgern Umfassende Verkaufs- und Produktberatung im Klinikbereich Wirbelsäulen-Orthopädie und Neurochirurgie Stärkung bestehender Produktlinien, Einführung von Produktinnovationen Organisation und Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen (Workshops, Kundenschulungen) für ärztliches und medizinisches Fachpersonal Verantwortlich für das Erreichen von allgemeinen und spezifischen Verkaufszielen hinsichtlich Marktdurchdringung und Umsatz Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Verkaufs- und Aktionsplänen im zugeteilten Verantwortungsbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufsleiter Repräsentation des Geschäftsbereiches auf Kongressen

Aufgaben

Systematic planning and organization of own field activities
Building long-term customer relationships with doctors, OR staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
Comprehensive sales and product consulting in the clinical area of spine orthopaedics and neurosurgery
Strengthening existing product lines, introducing product innovations
Organizing and conducting training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and healthcare professionals
Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets regarding market penetration and revenue
Developing and implementing sales and action plans in the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with the sales manager
Representing the business area at congresses

Anforderungen

At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector
University degree (Uni / FH) is an advantage
