What you will do:

Coordinate amendments and scope changes for ongoing projects in accordance with established processes and governance requirements.
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders across multiple functions to support project delivery and customer expectations.
Monitor project performance, including profitability, cost control, pricing, purchase order management, and production forecast updates.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program execution and project performance.
Support the maintenance and improvement of processes, contract templates, resource planning tools, and stakeholder information flows.
Contribute to effective communication and collaboration between customers, project teams, and business functions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Verfolgen und Berichten von wichtigen Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) im Zusammenhang mit der Programmausführung und der Projektleistung.
Unterstützung der Pflege und Verbesserung von Prozessen, Vertragsschablonen, Ressourcenplanungswerkzeugen und Informationsflüssen der Stakeholder.
Beitrag zu effektiver Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, Projektteams und Geschäftsbereichen.
Aufbau und Pflege starker Arbeitsbeziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Anforderungen

Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination, im kommerziellen, operativen oder geschäftlichen Unterstützungsumfeld mit Hintergrund in den Lebenswissenschaften.
Kommerzielle und finanzielle Kenntnisse, mit Verständnis für Projektkosten, Risiken und Geschäftsauswirkungen.
Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365-Anwendungen, einschließlich fortgeschrittener Excel-, PowerPoint- und Word-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Power BI, Microsoft Lists und Power Automate ist von Vorteil.
Fließend Englisch.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu kommunizieren.
