The Senior Global Event Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple high-impact events across Novelis- regions and time zones. In this role, you will turn big ideas into memorable event experiences, bringing together commercial priorities, strong storytelling, smart budgets, and seamless execution. You will work with stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Leadership, Legal, and other business functions to create events that feel polished, purposeful, and distinctly Novelis. From shaping the guest experience and coordinating creative partners to managing exhibits, on-site details, and post-event learnings, you will keep every moving part on track and help make each event better than the last.
