Zur Verstärkung unseres Dokumenten-Teams, Bereich New Product Introduction (NPI) und Lifecycle Management (LCM) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung das beste Talent für die Position des/der Senior Production Support Specialist, Parenterals NPI/LCM (m/w/d) am Standort Schaffhausen, Schweiz . Zweck Um die wachsende Anzahl von neuen Produkten und die qualitäts- und verbesserungsgetriebenen Projekte weiterhin zeitgerecht und in hoher Qualität in unsere Dokumente und SAP-Rezepten abbilden zu können, suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Prozesse aktiv gestaltet und sich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiterentwickeln möchte.

Aufgaben

Support and coordinate activities in Production Support focusing on PAR NPI/LCM
Create, revise, and adapt production-related documents and manufacturing instructions to ensure company quality standards
Provide content for the creation of Master Batch Records in PAS-X (MES) as part of the NextGen MES implementation
Ensure the implementation of assigned projects within the Business Unit Parenterals
Support and contribute to Change Controls, deviations, and CAPAs
Deputize for the head of the NPI/LCM documentation team with shared responsibility for coordinating, prioritizing, and developing team activities
Ensure product quality through ethical behavior, teamwork, and personal responsibility
Identify and implement optimization potentials and actively shape processes and workflows

Anforderungen

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field or a comparable vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience in the GMP area
Strong ability to manage complex tasks in a structured and independent manner
High initiative, assertiveness, and strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP/MES and documentation systems is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Outstanding analytical skills to identify the causes of problems and develop and implement solutions
Enjoyment of administrative processes as well as teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
