What you will do: Collaborate with the Central Procurement team to deliver significant value and support to our site stakeholders. Manage an approximate annual delegated spend of 50m CHF within given categories. Partner with key stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure business continuity and meet evolving site requirements. Provide purchasing expertise in tendering, negotiation, and contracting while utilizing modern purchasing systems. Drive supplier performance by managing local relationships and executing savings projects alongside Global Category Managers. Support the execution of procurement strategies by gathering local business needs and monitoring supply market risks. Mentor and supervise junior colleagues and new joiners to foster a culture of continuous professional growth.
