Beschreibung

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Schichtteams im Compounding Department (CD) und stellen die GMP-, EHS-, SHE- und SOP-konforme Herstellung steriler, flüssiger Arzneiformen sicher. Sie verantworten die termingerechte Durchführung der Produktionsaufträge, die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen in einem anspruchsvollen pharmazeutischen Produktionsumfeld.

Aufgaben

Leadership, organization, and development of shift teams in the Compounding Department (CD)
Ensuring GMP, EHS, SHE, and SOP-compliant production of sterile drug forms
Monitoring production processes, process parameters, and critical control points
Planning, coordinating, and timely execution of production orders
Controlling GMP-relevant documentation and maintaining SOPs and Batch Records
Coordinating with adjacent areas and supervisors of other shifts
Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with all GMP and SHE requirements
Handling complaints, deviations, and change requests in collaboration with quality assurance
Personnel deployment and vacation planning, conducting performance reviews

Anforderungen

Independent and resilient personality with high social competence and teamwork skills
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
Completed training or further education in the pharmaceutical, chemical, technical, or comparable production environment
Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production, ideally in sterile or GMP-regulated cleanroom environments
Experience in leading employees in shift operations
Very good knowledge of GMP requirements and handling of SOPs, Batch Records, and quality-relevant documentation
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with high implementation strength
Willingness to work in shifts and good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
