Wir suchen das beste Talent für die Position des/der Teamleiter Orthokits (m/w/d) am Standort Villmergen, Schweiz.

Aufgaben

Lead the Orthokits team technically and personally
Ensure efficient, quality-compliant, and timely execution of all operational processes
Promote continuous development of employees and processes
Plan shifts, vacations, and on-call duties
Conduct employee discussions
Onboard and coach employees
Recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with HR
Ensure daily operations and support the team during bottlenecks
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
Coordinate with other team leaders and participate in cross-departmental projects and process improvements

Anforderungen

Completed vocational training (Logistics EFZ is an advantage)
Experience in logistics or medical technology
Leadership and social skills, organizational talent, communication strength, self-responsibility, quality awareness, resilience, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented thinking
First leadership experience
Very good oral and written German skills; English skills are an advantage
SAP knowledge is an advantage; proficient in MS Office
