In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung aller Installationen unserer Systeme zur Vernetzung und Steuerung im Operationssaal innerhalb der DACH-Region, mit besonderem Fokus auf den Schweizer Markt. Sie steuern den gesamten Implementierungsprozess – von der Projektkoordination über die technische Umsetzung bis hin zur finalen Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Projektpartnern zusammen und stellen sicher, dass alle Projekte unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Budgetvorgaben realisiert werden.

Aufgaben

Overall responsibility for the implementation of all projects in the area of our systems for networking and control in the operating room in the DACH region
Participation in construction meetings and close coordination with internal departments and external project partners
Management and coordination of relevant installation and integration projects in the clinical environment
Technical support of the sales and service organization during installations and product presentations
Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable quality standards, guidelines, and internal processes
Integration and consistent implementation of quality requirements in all activities according to the applicable quality management system

Anforderungen

At least 3 years of professional experience as a service technician in the field of medical technology or in a comparable technical environment
Strong IT and software affinity as well as secure handling of IT systems
Solid knowledge in the areas of network technology and audio and video technology (AV)
Ideally experience with video management solutions in the operating room or comparable clinical IT systems
Project management skills and experience in coordinating and implementing technical projects
Very good language skills in German, English, and French (negotiable); these are mandatory for the position
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong quality and service awareness as well as a high degree of reliability
Communicative, open, and solution-oriented personality
