Aufgaben Technischer Support für unsere Kunden und interner Support (Technik und Betrieb) Mithilfe beim Testprozess für neue Software Komponenten inkl. Produktdokumentation Spezifikation von neuen Features zur Entwicklung (Kundenbedürfnisse & eigene Ideen) Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten (teilweise in Absprache mit Entwicklungs-Team) Unterstützung als PreSales der Vertriebsorganisation Unterstützung des Finance Teams (Erstellen von Statistiken, Rechnungsprüfung, etc.) Interner Support (Technik und Betrieb), Sicherstellung der Einsatzfähigkeit der Infrastruktur und Unterstützung bei deren Ausbau.

Aufgaben

Technical support for our customers and internal support (technology and operations)
Assistance in the testing process for new software components including product documentation
Specification of new features for development (customer needs & own ideas)
Implementation of customer projects (partly in consultation with the development team)
Support as PreSales for the sales organization
Support for the finance team (creating statistics, invoice verification, etc.)
Internal support (technology and operations), ensuring the operational capability of the infrastructure and support in its expansion.

Anforderungen

Several years of experience in a similar environment
Flair for security, data protection, open source and good understanding of internet technologies
Very good PC user skills in dealing with operating systems and programs, especially MS products (application and configuration)
Understanding of Linux and SQL-DB as an additional advantage and development opportunity
Good written and oral communication in German, French and English (Italian as an additional advantage)
Independent and proactive working style
