Could you be the full-time **Paint Process Engineer** in **Villeneuve** we-re looking for? **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You-ll work alongside collaborative, innovative and dedicated teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our paint processes. Day-to-day, you-ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Maintenance), develop and formalize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You-ll specifically take care of operational support for paint processes, but also ensure documentation, methods, and cross-functional collaborations are optimized. We-ll look to you for: * Providing operational support to paint processes * Developing, qualifying, and formalizing paint processes, including surface preparation, masking, application, and curing * Analyzing paint defects (appearance, thickness, adhesion), identifying first-level root causes, and ensuring structured feedback * Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions * Participating in the preparation and execution of process trials and tests * Updating operating work instructions and adapting existing method standards * Capitalizing on workshop best practices within the methods documentation * Contributing to the definition and deployment of the continuous improvement plan for paint processes * Implementing and using performance monitoring tools (dashboards, checklists, indicators) * Supporting the deployment of process tracking digitalization initiatives * Collaborating with cross-functional teams as required **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
