Beschreibung

Als Wissenschaftliche Assistenz im Rahmen einer Masterförderstelle haben Sie die Chance, vertiefte Einblicke in unterschiedliche Bereiche der Zulassung, Studienberatung und Organisation der Lehre zu gewinnen. Zudem unterstützen Sie das International Office in der Beratung und Begleitung von Studierenden aus dem Ausland sowie in der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen.

Aufgaben

Support the International Office of Social Work in organizing the mobility of students and lecturers.
Involvement in the organization of events such as the International Week or the International Course.
Support and collaboration in the admission of students to the Bachelor's program in Social Work.
Participation in internal and external information events for the Bachelor's program in Social Work.
Processing student concerns, especially in collaboration with the SOSA (Student Organization of Social Work).
Collaboration on projects within defined project assignments.

Anforderungen

Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
Enrollment or admission for the consecutive Master's program in Social Work at OST.
Professional experience in social work.
Strong intercultural competence and very good English skills (C1 level); knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
Interest in the internationalization of a university.
Experience in project work is desirable.
Ability to work independently and responsibly both in the specialist team and in collaboration with the International Office.
Enjoyment in dealing with people and very good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and structured working methods.
Confident use of modern digital tools and willingness to take on administrative tasks within the function.
