01Lead the Korean affiliate with full P&L responsibility and deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth
02Develop and execute the local business strategy and five-year growth plan
03Identify and realize new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
04Further strengthen Geistlich's market position with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors and government stakeholders
05Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing local leadership team
06Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance and adherence to Geistlich's quality standards
07Collaborate closely with Headquarters and contribute to regional and global initiatives
Exigences
↳University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field
↳At least 10 years of leadership experience within the healthcare, dental or medical technology industry
↳Proven success in general management with full P&L responsibility
↳Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, sales and organizational transformation
↳Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead change
↳Strong network within the Korean healthcare market and experience working with distributors, key customers and regulatory authorities
↳Fluent Korean and excellent English communication skills
