Deine Aufgaben:

Betrieb und Administration der Atlassian-Anwendungen Jira Software und Jira Service Management auf Data Center
Stellvertretende Betreuung von Atlassian Confluence
Durchführung von Patch-Deployments inklusive Testing, Kommunikation und Deployment
Durchführung von Produktiv-Updates ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten (Abendeinsätze)
Bearbeitung von Support- und Auftragstickets von einfachen bis komplexen Fragestellungen
Beratung und Unterstützung von Stakeholdern bei Fragen rund um die Atlassian-Plattformen
Zusammenarbeit mit Atlassian sowie externen App- und Software-Lieferanten
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Planung der Cloud-Migration
Mitarbeit in einem agilen SAFe-Umfeld inklusive Team-Syncs, Iteration Planning, Reviews und PI-Planning
Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen
Hinterfragen bestehender Lösungen sowie Einbringen von Optimierungen und Alternativen
Selbstständiges Treffen administrativer Entscheidungen in Abstimmung mit dem Team

Operation and administration of Atlassian applications Jira Software and Jira Service Management on Data Center
Deputy support of Atlassian Confluence
Execution of patch deployments including testing, communication, and deployment
Execution of production updates outside regular working hours (evening shifts)
Processing support and order tickets from simple to complex issues
Consultation and support of stakeholders regarding Atlassian platforms
Collaboration with Atlassian and external app and software suppliers
Support in the preparation and planning of the cloud migration
Participation in an agile SAFe environment including team syncs, iteration planning, reviews, and PI planning
Analysis of requirements and development of solution proposals
Questioning existing solutions and proposing optimizations and alternatives
Independently making administrative decisions in coordination with the team

Several years of experience in the administration of Jira Software and Jira Service Management on Data Center
Experience in the technical, organizational, and configurational operation of Atlassian solutions
Good knowledge of Groovy scripting and experience with Atlassian apps and interfaces
Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and conception of solution proposals
Experience in dealing with end users, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders
Experience in an agile environment, ideally SAFe
Independent, customer-oriented, and resilient personality with a high quality awareness and team spirit
Atlassian certifications are an advantage
Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
