02Network Design: You plan private networking, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS — ensuring secure and high‑performance connectivity.
03Identity & Security: You implement IAM/RBAC, managed identities/service principals, and federated identities in a robust and compliant manner.
04IaC, GitOps & CI/CD for Infrastructure: You build reproducible infrastructure using Terraform/Tofu and work with GitOps and pipeline workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
05Observability: You establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch) and improve system availability and performance.
06Cloud‑Native Infrastructure: You leverage container orchestration (Kubernetes), serverless patterns, and managed services effectively — including standardized deployments.
07Cloud Migrations: You manage the migration of existing applications into the cloud.
Requirements
↳Cloud Expertise: Experience with Azure or AWS, with initial hands‑on practice in provisioning and managing resources in the cloud.
↳Compute & Networking: Familiar with various compute options and the secure setup of private networks.
↳IaC & Automation: Practical experience with Terraform/Tofu, CLI automation (Azure CLI / AWS CLI), and Git workflows.
↳Secretless & Security Basics: Understanding of IAM, RBAC, managed identities / service principals, and OIDC / workload identity.
↳Observability: You are familiar with at least one monitoring solution (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch) as well as logging/diagnostics for infrastructure.
↳Cloud‑Native Patterns: You know how Kubernetes / container orchestration and serverless concepts are effectively applied in infrastructure design.
↳Personal Qualities: You enjoy teamwork, have a positive, solution‑oriented mindset, and speak fluent German and good English.
