Boarding House Tutors are key members of our boarding community, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a flexible, student-centred approach to daily boarding life. Working closely with the House Parents, they provide pastoral care, support students' well-being and personal development, contribute to the smooth running of the house, and help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. This role is ideal for people looking to gain valuable experience in education, youth development, or pastoral care. As trusted role models, Boarding House Tutors encourage students to develop independence, resilience, confidence, and positive life skills while contributing to a warm and supportive boarding community.
