Apply. ## Job Description ## As a Compliance Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance Department and will be responsible for multiple tasks, including: * Review client account opening requests for private clients from an AML/CTF perspective (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB). * Review tax compliance requirements, including FATCA and CRS (Automatic Exchange of Information). * Contribute to the drafting of internal memos and procedures. * Participate in reviews of key clients. * Participate in key regulatory projects. * Optimize internal processes and guidelines. * Provide support and advice to the Front Office and management. ## Qualifications ## * Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law or Economics. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Compliance field. * Excellent command of English and French; German is a strong asset. * Strong analytical and methodological skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technology-driven, and international environment.
