To complete the nursing team of the Intensive Care Medicine at the Lugano Regional Hospital, Civic Hospital site, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Nursing Department (80-100%) Profile: The working percentage will be divided between activities specific to the role of deputy head of department and direct clinical-care activities, in line with the Service's organisational model.

Anforderungen

Bachelor SUPSI in Nursing and/or SSSCI diploma (or recognised equivalent foreign qualification)
desirable Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) SUPSI in Healthcare Management
qualified nurse expert in intensive care, SPD SSS certified
possible Level I Master in Intensive Care Nursing Sciences obtained abroad, only if accompanied by equivalence recognised by the Swiss Society of Intensive Care Medicine (SGI - SSMI)
proven professional experience of at least two years in an intensive care service of similar complexity
previous experience in leading, coordinating or managing teams will be considered an advantage
good knowledge of the Italian language
knowledge of one or more other national languages will be considered an advantage
