Beschreibung

Aufgaben

Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patient:innen mit Professionalität und Empathie
Durchführung von Blutentnahmen, Impfungen, Infusionen, etc.
Assistenz bei gynäkologischen Untersuchungen und Eingriffen (z.B. IUI, HyCoSy)
Unterstützung im OP bei Follikelpunktionen und Embryotransfers
Organisation und Vorbereitung der Sprechstunde
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzteteam, Embryologenteam und Administration

Aufgaben

Reception and care of our patients with professionalism and empathy
Performing blood draws, vaccinations, infusions, etc.
Assistance in gynecological examinations and procedures (e.g. IUI, HyCoSy)
Support in the OR during follicle punctures and embryo transfers
Organization and preparation of the consultation hour
Close collaboration with the medical team, embryology team, and administration

Anforderungen

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or as a Health Care Specialist (FAGE)
Several years of professional experience, ideally in the gynecological or clinical field
Enjoyment of organization, co-design, and working in an interdisciplinary team
High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and communication skills
Proficient use of medical software and digital tools
Very good German language skills, good English language skills
