02Shape and execute integrated product access strategies across the Research, Development, and Commercial continuum.
03Partner with Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research, and Commercial teams to strengthen value propositions.
04Champion innovative access strategies that improve patient access and deliver value for healthcare systems.
05Define payer evidence requirements and ensure access needs are embedded in development and commercialization plans.
06Develop global pricing and payer negotiation strategies in partnership with Commercial Launch Strategy and Pricing teams.
07Create innovative access solutions, contracting approaches, Managed Entry Agreements, and Patient Support Programs.
08Ensure robust value evidence packages support successful launches, reimbursement, and long-term asset maximization.
09Drive access excellence by identifying market opportunities, mitigating reimbursement risks, and advancing access capabilities.
10Attract, develop, coach, and retain top Value & Access talent while strengthening organizational capabilities globally.
