Erstellung und Pflege produktionsrelevanter Dokumentationen, Arbeitsunterlagen
Koordination von Reparaturen, Beschaffung von Werkzeugen, Ersatzteilen und Betriebshilfsmitteln sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Sicherheitsaufgaben SiAs sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Produkten, Prozessen und Fertigungsabläufen
Aufgaben
Ensuring a smooth production operation through quick analysis and resolution of equipment and process disruptions
Technical support for production as well as advising and supporting the department head
Designing clamping and testing tools as well as creating and adjusting CNC and robot programs
Creating and maintaining production-relevant documentation and work materials
Coordinating repairs, procuring tools, spare parts, and operating aids, as well as collaborating with internal and external partners
Participating in projects, safety tasks SiAs, and the continuous optimization of products, processes, and production workflows
Anforderungen
Completed mechanical basic training
Further training as a technician HF/TS or comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in subtractive CNC machining (turning and milling with ISO code)
Good knowledge in CAD design, ideally with CATIA
Experience with PPS, PLM, and ERP systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge in robotics and automation is an advantage
Experience in project work and a willingness to learn new topics and technologies
Practical experience with lean methods such as 5S, SMED, or OEE
