The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will provide remote and on-site reactive service for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems, Infusion technologies and Parata solutions located within U.S. Department of Defense / Defense Health Agency sites, including Military Treatment Facilities across Europe. The FSE will service hardware and software system components, support installation and upgrade activities, execute preventive maintenance where applicable, and participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguration and documentation of technical issues.
