The HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor and strategic partner to managers and leadership across the Glion and Bulle campuses. Acting as a key member of the Leadership Team, he/she drives people strategies across employee relations, talent management, performance, organisational development and change management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role promotes a high-performance, inclusive and engaging workplace culture by supporting leaders, enhancing the employee experience and leading key people initiatives. Combining strong HR expertise with a solid understanding of employment law, the HR Business Partner provides guidance on complex workforce matters, drives organisational effectiveness and champions Glion's values and people agenda.
