Beschreibung

Reporting to a senior leader within a transformation and operational excellence function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic employee engagement and people transformation initiatives. This role combines project management, change management, stakeholder engagement and communications within a highly international environment.

Aufgaben

Lead strategic employee engagement and people-related projects from planning through implementation and delivery
Define workplans, milestones, deliverables and success measures
Monitor risks, dependencies and project progress
Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Develop and implement change management plans
Ensure stakeholder alignment and organisational readiness
Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation measures
Support the successful rollout of new initiatives and programmes
Coordinate closely with HR teams, internal stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and locations
Manage relationships with external providers and partners where required
Support the development and execution of communication strategies
Prepare engagement materials, presentations and launch communications
Drive participation and adoption of employee-focused initiatives
Measure outcomes and identify lessons learned to support continuous improvement

Anforderungen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field
Proven experience in project management, employee engagement, organisational development or HR transformation
Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions
Exposure to international and multicultural environments
Strong facilitation and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
