Holistic and individual care of patients in the outpatient area of the day clinic
Implementation of nursing measures according to current nursing and quality standards
Ensuring medical basic and treatment care, including medication administration and wound care
Support in diagnostic and therapeutic measures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Responsibility for care planning, documentation, and reporting in the nursing information system
Promoting the well-being of patients through an empathetic and professional attitude
Consultation and guidance of relatives in dealing with care and support
Active participation in the development and optimization of work processes and care standards
Onboarding and support of new employees

Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
Professional experience in the acute sector, ideally in a hospital or comparable institution
Solid expertise in medical basic and treatment care
High sense of responsibility and a careful, patient-oriented working style
Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork, even in demanding and hectic situations
Very good communication skills and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
Good knowledge in documentation and handling digital nursing information systems
Very good German language skills, further language skills are an advantage
Willingness to work shifts (early, late), no weekend duty
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic and versatile environment
