Immobilienvermarktung (m/w/d) 80–100%
Aufgaben
Independently manage sales and initial rental mandates for residential and commercial properties.
Create market and location analyses.
Develop market-appropriate pricing and marketing concepts.
Implement marketing measures effectively.
Accompany clients through the entire process from preparation of sales documents to successful contract conclusion.
Anforderungen
Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in real estate or real estate marketing.
Several years of experience in real estate marketing, real estate sales, or initial rentals.
Proficient in market and location analyses, pricing calculations, and marketing concepts.
Strong sales flair, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in interacting with various stakeholders.
Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with strong organizational skills.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
