The role
0301Administer and support Linux infrastructure as a major part of the environment, alongside Windows and macOS systems
02Support NVIDIA GPU/HPC compute infrastructure, including day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of Slurm-based clusters
03Support enterprise storage environments, including SAN and NAS systems, storage provisioning, capacity management and connectivity
04Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager and Karma
05Support networking and remote-access infrastructure, including switching, routing, DNS, VPN and general network troubleshooting
06Support endpoint lifecycle management across Linux, Windows and macOS
07Work with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune for identity, access and endpoint management
08Use Git/GitLab for infrastructure configuration, documentation, operational procedures and change tracking
09Maintain and improve infrastructure automation and configuration management using SaltStack or comparable tools such as Ansible
10Troubleshoot incidents across multiple infrastructure layers and coordinate with internal teams, developers, vendors and other technical stakeholders when required
