03- Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting creation and publication across job boards and career sites
- Conduct CV screening and first round interviews with candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage interview logistics, including meeting invitations, room bookings, virtual interview setup, and communication with stakeholders
- Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process
- Manage offers and onboarding for intern hiring
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics when required

Requirements
↳Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter either in-house or within an agency
↳Strong administrative skills
↳Highly organised, detail orientated and dedicated to providing excellent service
↳Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
↳Experience hiring interns or technical roles would be advantageous
↳Fluency in English
↳Immediately available for a 3-month interim role based in Lausanne
