01Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice across the organisation.
02Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including complex commercial contracts.
03Advise on varied matters across corporate, real estate, leasing, insurance, finance and marketing.
04Support the General Counsel on strategic projects and complex legal matters.
05Advise on data protection and privacy matters as part of the broader Legal remit.
06Contribute to improving Legal processes, templates and ways of working, including Legal Tech and AI solutions.
Requirements
↳Swiss law degree and approximately 4-7 years of relevant legal experience.
↳Swiss Bar admission strongly preferred.
↳Experience gained both in a reputable law firm and an in-house corporate environment.
↳Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial agreements.
↳Broad legal expertise and confidence handling matters independently.
↳Pragmatic, hands-on and commercially minded, with strong stakeholder skills.
↳Interest in data protection, Legal Tech, AI and process optimisation.
↳Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
