↳Excellent university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
↳6+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally complemented by experience in management consulting serving Financial Services clients.
↳Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, including products, services, operating models and key business processes across banking, capital markets, wealth management and asset management.
↳Proven experience delivering projects or leading workstreams within strategic, operational or technology-enabled transformation programmes.
↳Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar topics, structure complex challenges and develop pragmatic, outcome-oriented solutions.
↳A self-starter with a high level of ownership, curiosity and learning agility, capable of independently driving topics from problem identification through to implementation.
↳Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
↳Strong interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, with the ability and willingness to learn, experiment and apply innovative tools and approaches to solve business challenges and create tangible value for clients.
↳Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop clear analyses, recommendations and executive-level materials.
↳Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage and additional languages, such as French, are welcome.
