Als Microsoft 365 Senior System Engineer bist du der Treiber für moderne Arbeitsplatzlösungen:

Du konzipierst und implementierst Microsoft 365-basierte Lösungen direkt beim Kunden
Du leitest anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte im Microsoft-365-Umfeld
Du bringst deine Expertise in unser Microsoft Competence Center ein
Du entwickelst neue Services und Lösungsansätze für unsere Kunden
Du unterstützt das Team im spezialisierten Third-Level-Support

Aufgaben

You design and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions directly for the customer
You lead challenging customer projects in the Microsoft 365 environment
You contribute your expertise to our Microsoft Competence Center
You develop new services and solution approaches for our customers
You support the team in specialized third-level support

Anforderungen

Several years of experience in project work with Microsoft 365 technologies
Proven experience with an IT service provider
Solid knowledge in: Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure Infrastructure as a Service, PowerShell and automation, Windows Client/Server operating systems including Active Directory
Knowledge of MS Teams and SharePoint Online is a plus
Knowledge of MS Teams telephony
Knowledge of Microsoft Purview
Microsoft certifications
Strong project and customer orientation
Hands-on mentality and initiative
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm for new technologies
