01You are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the distribution network, handling more than 100,000 shipments per year, to enable timely, reliable and efficient delivery for global clinical trials.
02You contribute to and execute the Network & Capabilities strategy in alignment with the overall distribution strategy.
03You oversee, manage and optimize distribution costs and an annual spend exceeding CHF 50 million.
04You drive best practices, standardization and optimization of distribution network processes in collaboration with Business Capability Leads and Quality Assurance.
05You co-create and execute objectives for the global Network & Capabilities organization.
06You ensure the overall compliance of the distribution network with GxP and GCP standards.
Requirements
↳You hold a bachelor-s degree, master-s degree or MBA in a technical, business or supply chain-related field, or possess equivalent relevant professional experience.
↳You have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management.
↳You bring relevant GxP experience.
↳You possess excellent knowledge of clinical supply chain distribution processes.
↳You act as an architect and catalyst within the distribution organization.
↳You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
↳You have at least six years, ideally more than ten years, of operational experience in supply chain.
