03The Operations Procesess Manager is responsible for driving global business performance through the standardization, optimization, and governance of planning processes across the value chain. This role establishes an integrated, data-driven planning framework that aligns demand, supply, and financial objectives, enables cross-functional collaboration, improves operational efficiency, strengthens supply chain resilience, and ensures strategic alignment between business processes and supporting systems.
01Define, standardize, harmonize, and deploy global planning process standards, ensuring consistent data definitions, effective operational handoffs, and seamless system integration across functions.
02Establish and lead cross-functional governance structures by defining, appointing, and guiding Process Owners and Process Stewards within the planning domain.
03Drive organizational transformation initiatives by enabling process adoption, capability development, and alignment with business objectives.
04Lead the redesign and enhancement of the Order Confirmation Engine in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to ensure customer order commitments are based on validated material and capacity availability.
05Drive functional and system improvements that prevent unverified auto-commitments and support accurate first-time order confirmations.
06Design, implement, and continuously improve advanced Available-to-Promise (ATP) and Capable-to-Promise (CTP) capabilities within the planning ecosystem.
07Develop and deploy constrained planning models that incorporate material, bill of materials (BOM), production capacity, machine, and labor constraints before order confirmation.
08Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and IT, translating planning requirements into system enhancements and overseeing solution design, testing, deployment, and global rollout activities.
09Ensure alignment and integration of business processes and IT systems through close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
10Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings to prioritize, plan, and monitor process and system enhancements in D365 and related applications.
11Approve solution designs and support governance processes for new system developments.
12Coordinate system releases, testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment readiness in partnership with business and IT teams.
13Govern the documentation and continuous improvement of the Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring processes are translated into scalable standards, policies, and frameworks.
14Develop and maintain training materials and support organizational learning in collaboration with Process Owners, Process Stewards, and trainers.
15Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure process performance, compliance, adoption, and effectiveness.
16Establish and oversee reporting standards to ensure harmonized performance reporting across all locations.
17Conduct internal audits to verify compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and support process excellence.
18Lead continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring business outcomes.
19Collaborate with process owners, managers, and functional leaders to ensure planning processes remain efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
